If we do require further information, a member of our team will contact you using the contact details you provide during the checkout process to obtain the necessary details.

Product Delivery

We aim to deliver within 24 hours, however delivery is not automated and may take 2-3 working days to complete. We rely on third parties and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

The Company will make every effort to keep you informed in that respect.

We deliver all electronic products via email and/or secure connections, along with a VAT invoice and any other information that is required to use the product. We will take all necessary steps to ensure confidential information remains safe and secure during the delivery process.
